By accessing the Infinity Hair Mobb™ website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final. No refunds are offered. Eligible exchanges must comply with our Exchange Policy.

2. Exchanges

Eligible exchanges must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all bands and seals intact.

Once bands or seals are removed, hair is installed, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, chemically processed, or otherwise altered, the item is no longer eligible for exchange.

3. Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, and coupon-code purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and shipment. Shipping times are separate from processing times.

Once your order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. Infinity Hair Mobb™ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

5. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Infinity Hair Mobb™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages may be subject to additional shipping charges.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country.

7. Order Accuracy

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8. Fraud Prevention

Infinity Hair Mobb™ reserves the right to verify, delay, cancel, or refuse orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Fraudulent transactions, theft, or unauthorized use of payment methods may be reported to the appropriate authorities and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Website and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and website information are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of human hair.

Infinity Hair Mobb™ reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, and modify product availability without prior notice.
