SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Infinity Hair Mobb's business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected on the order shipping form at checkout. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship after being processed. We ship USPS, DHL, or FEDEX. Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number-THIS IS YOUR RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. All mailing packages REQUIRE return signature. 

Shipping to a different address other than your credit card’s billing address is subject to verification and approval before shipping. This protects our customers from fraudulent activity. Credit card fraud and/or theft of any Wyn Myx Hair Collection products or services will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED. IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN.

Infinity Hair Mobb IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER. 

Infinity Hair Mobb is not responsible for any delays caused by destination country customs clearance processes and we strongly advise to provide a contact telephone number for all orders.

Infinity Hair Mobb is not responsible if the package does not arrive in the guaranteed delivery times. We can not be held liable for USPS, UPS, FEDEX, CANADA POSTS, or International clearance shipping delays. 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS. Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving your order in original package, resell-able condition with sales receipt.

 **IF RUBBER BAND/BANDS ARE REMOVED FROM HAIR, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOID AND NOT ACCEPTED** 

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).

Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.  If you are unsure, please show your stylist.  

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased on sale or with promotional/discount codes are  FINAL SALE.

There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale or discount.

EXCHANGES

(If exchange policy applies)

1) You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request within 5 business days of what you would like to exchange via email. (Address will be given via email) 

2) Send your hair back with a mail signature confirmation and return receipt to address given via email.

 

3) Send tracking number to info@wynmyxhair.com

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. Customer is responsible for any applicable shipping fees.

PAYMENT

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items, and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 5 -10 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be patient with processing.

 

Credit card fraud and/or theft of Infinity Hair Mobb will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
