WYN MYX Hair Collection is a virgin hair company that supplies beautiful, luxurious virgin human hair extensions and products that will enhance your physical appearance and mental relaxation of knowing you will have exceptional quality hair that will last for years.
WYN MYX Hair Collection’s business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected on the order shipping form at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship after being processed.
Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.
All sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS. Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving your order in original package, resell-able condition with sales receipt.
**IF RUBBER BAND/BANDS ARE REMOVED FROM HAIR, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOID AND NOT ACCEPTED**
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist.
